Ironicby teachme53Comment: Haha, very ironic indeed, clever manipulation of the challenge topic. Excellent use of location and composition. It's also very refreshing after looking through the myriad of 'regular' road signs. |

Village Next Leftby kevinswopeComment: Ummm....nice photo, but where's the sign? I'm sure you've already got a ton of comments asking that, but it's a very broad interpretation of the challenge. Perhaps you could have made a sign saying "Village next Left" and stuck it somewhere near the road, would've probably worked much better for this challenge topic. |

A cold day in Hell.by HBunchComment: So, I guess hell really does exist after all! Lmao, gave me a good laugh. Everything in the photo looks great, except I think the photo was cropped a little to close. I would have preferred more space above and to the right of the sign. No big deal though, just a suggestion, good photo overall. Good Luck. |

Evening Tideby a1leyez0nm3Comment: This is an amazing photo. It has a very surreal feel to it, and draws you in instantly. Excellent job with the colors, they're very vibrant. |

Why you.....!!!! Bite me, will you?by mcraelComment: You really captured the moment with this photo! It does seem a little soft to me and could use some sharpening, but it definitely captures the spirit of this week's challenge. It looks like the little black & white dog is ready to tear the bigger one apart. This reminds me of the nature photos where a tiger is getting ready to pounce on a gazelle it's chasing...but with dogs instead of tigers and gazelles. |

A Stranger, A Piece of Me, Walks Awayby coeurdusucreComment: This photo makes me dizzy (so I guess it has to do with motion), I have to turn my head to the side to view it. Not sure if it was intentional or not, but you should try rotating your photo 90 degrees so that the horizon has a horizontal orientation. The sky also seems a bit overexposed, and the cropping would look better if it was tighter. |

Leonid Morning Moonsetby LindaLeeComment: Stunning picture, the aura of light along the tree line really gives the photo a magical feel. I can easily see how this could be on the front page of 'Astronomy' or 'Sky and Telescope' magazine. There is a little noise in the sky, but for a night shot at a high ISO (I'm assuming), very nice. |

Mayan Mysteriesby lykofosComment: Thanks for the comments everyone, they were very helpful. I'm kind of new to digital photography and this was my first challenge. Hopefully, I'll be able to learn a few things here and improve my photo taking ability. I look forward to any more advice/suggestions that anyone can offer, just email me. I realize that the lighting was harsh because of the flash. I don't have a tripod yet (hopefully for christmas), so I had to use the flash much to my dismay (I probably should have cropped the photo better). |
