Broken Homeby JSRComment: Best of landscape and architecture. Congratulations on the post processing. I used to manage getting that kind of presence in the yellow shrubs and grass, but I seem not to remember how anymore. Glad you do.

She ain't Heavyby galatia_nComment: Truly outstanding. I can't help seeing a huge potential for B&W and I would like slightly more fill on her wonderful expression, but it might well be my monitor playing tricks on me. |

isolatedby lobrinComment: Outstanding. This passed the border between a good image and something else. Compression and mass Vs singularity. Immobility Vs Movement. A lesson in composition and several other things.
Excellent. |

Rue Du Chat Qui Pecheby JimiRoseComment: Great capture, with the diverging gazes and the cables to separate the scene. And it works so well in colour. Black and red guiding though the scene. Reality was truly cooperative on the day. Outstanding image. |

The Stilt Fishermen of Kathaluwa by jagarComment: Wonderful B&W and an interesting capture of a great favourite with photographers :) The silhouette and rhythm of the waves works great, I can almost hear the rumble of the sea, very dynamic scene.
Whether is running though the sand or washing around people, the sea is always a good friend to photographers, but an harsh master to fishermen. |

riding the riverbedby bspurgeonComment: Well against the stream.
And it did at first sight remind me of a SF movie from the 50s, with that empty lane and a struggle to get away, or perhaps to get closer.
