It's simply money that has been positioned and photographed. It shows very little knowledge of photography i.e. control of lighting (too much flash -- difuse your flash or use natural lighting), depth of focus, use of shadow and reflections, compostion (everything is centered vertically -- try just throwing the money down with one crumpled and then shoot it from 10 different angles). Wow, great colors, textures, use of reflection. my only complaint has to do with the straps. Their shadows and bluriness detract from the focus of the reflections.

Lower part of the image is cluttered and distracting. A dark backdrop under the shelf would still give you the excellent reflections of the bulbs without the busy-ness of the lighthouses.
