Closed VW Garageby eaglebeckComment: I wish you had shot this at more of an angle. The lines are too vertical/horizontal, which stops the image from flowing. Everything is so compartmentalized that the eye doesn't dance across the scene. |

Dead and Forgottenby FourPointXComment: I'm curious as to why you selectively desaturated everything except the green. It keeps pulling my eyes up to the tree line in the back instead of to the subject. |

Desert Decayby JdroullardComment: The buildings in the back look so interesting, but that post right in the middle is much too emphasis-heavy. Maybe shoot through the barbed wire instead? That way you'd still have a foreground element, but it would complement the background instead of detract from it. |

Perished and Lockedby chipucComment: Darn that new-looking padlock! The original handles and locks have so much character, especially paired with that wood. |

The old barn doorby vawendyComment: I love the play of the shadows on the wall. I half wish you had cropped off the top and part of the right to put more emphasis on them. |

Time for cable?by dtallaksonComment: That looks like some strange editing. It looks ok on the roof, but the trees (especially the one on the far left) don't look so great, in my opinion. I do like your title though. |

Sad Bridgeby GeneralEComment: I think a shallow depth of field and maybe a slightly soft focus on the whole image would make this pop. Maybe also crop out the hot spot of the sky reflecting in the water? |
