I would have liked to see this a little brighter, maybe with a hint of a rim light from the right so that the hands so blend into the background. I think the child's hand isn't represented enough in this.

Parts of the image look artificially blurred and parts have a lot of artifacting that looks like it was exaggerated during post-processing. Maybe the exaggeration was accidental, but if it wasn't, I can't see how it improves the image.

I don't like that the eye closest to the view is obscured. I think you could have cropped a bit closer to make the pipe more prominent in the frame.

Something about the lighting, the color, and the OOF fingertips makes me picture autumn. But when I read the title, I could definitely see rough Atlantic weather and big sails made taut by a damp breeze. Very good job at conveying all of that!

I don't think the background and the title match. The mundane locale breaks the suspension of disbelief when the word "magical" is used. I think a different background, some side lighting, and maybe some flare would have given more of a "magical" atmosphere, or even just an atmosphere that is more representative of beautiful music.
