That's an impressive number of birds. Unfortunately, since they are each so small in the frame and they don't have the benefit of color to help separate them from the background, they end up looking more like a texture. That's not necessarily a bad thing, in the bigger scope of things, but for this challenge, I don't think it all works as well as it would have in color. It's a nice black and white conversion, though.

i would have loved to see this cropped tighter. I don't think the negative space adds anything--in fact, it tales away from the mouse, who is now very small in the frame.

I love the colors in this, but since the horizontal lines are so strong, I would have liked to see the ratio between the sides emphasize that...maybe 2:3 instead of 3:4.

Gorgeous capture. The shutter speed is perfect--pretty sharp, but just slow enough to get some movement from the wave, which reinforces the title and the message. Very well done.
