Stare Downby jim29028Comment: I wish this was perfectly symmetrical. I also think the cyan is too over-saturated, making the bird's beak turn cyan when it shouldn't be. |

Misty morning walkby NeatComment: I would have cropped this into a vertical, showing basically just what's between the gate posts, putting the man almost in the center. I think that's where all the action is. |

Summer Breezeby gsalComment: I wish you had used a slightly longer lens and a shallow depth of field to make this trio really stand out. |

Industrial Heritageby SaraRComment: I wish you had pushed the bright parts of the image a bit more. The outlines of the clouds, the crashing waves, and the brighter facades of the rocks should have been closer to white, in my opinion. |

Awaiting Takeoffby LN13Comment: A bump in contrast to lighten the background a bit would have looked better, in my opinion. |

Ghost Countryby AmmieComment: This looks like a wonderful location, but I don't think the post-processing brought out the best in this image. I would have loved to see more detail pulled out. The brightest parts of the image are somewhere between middle grey and light grey (instead of close to white). The dark foreground doesn't add the perspective of size that I would have preferred. There is a lot of potential here though. |

Abandonedby ChandiComment: I don't think the over-saturation works here, especially since it contradicts the title. |

American Gothic - Revisitedby tangueraComment: I absolutely love the pose, the details, and the colors, but you could have done so much more with the lighting. It looks like she is being lit by sun reflecting off the sidewalk in front of her, meaning the light is coming from below, which is not generally considered a flattering angle of light. Adding a reflector to bounce some light on her from above would have added some really pretty light. |
