Even though it is done with the rule of thirds between buildings and sky, I would have put the line separating the facade from the roofs on the upper line of thirds and maybe even kept a little more ground. Pretty shot regardless! |

American Spiritby ScholtenComment: good composition, but much too grainy. the grain makes it look like a painting, but in my opinion it doesn't fit with the strength the eagle is supposed to represent. great capture of a moment nonetheless! |

Havin' a Smokeby dssagent88Comment: All of the hand clutter the frame a bit too much. As for keeping only some color, I think keeping only the color of the smoke would have worked best (assuming that the cigarette stands out more with only one hand). The color in the smoke is very pretty. |
