Chauvignyby gipomontesantoComment: Looks light the bulding was in the shade, so there's no natural contrast at all. Just hiking up the contrast slider seems a solution too easy... |

Left Behindby debapakaComment: Nice picture, but somehow doesn't create strong contrast feeling as the lighting is pretty soft. There's also a subjective feeling of soft leather and child's feet... |

City in ruinsby JaimeVinasComment: Tiny bit of modern building takes a bit off the message, which is pretty powerful. I'd also wait for the clouds to break on the other side of the sky, but overall feeling is pretty strong. |

Smile for the Birdie!by MAKComment: Should have gone higher. I hope you had time to do a close-up of that grin. Congratulations. |

Dynamics by TychoComment: Excellent shot, but could you do us a favour and tell us how it was set-up? For many winning shots it is very unnerving to see the empty description. Congratulations with your ribbon, but the level of perfection tells me you are probably used to those. |

Tomatoes are good for you by IreneMComment: Congratulations. It makes a great stock pix, but it's a bit too sterile for my liking - the lighting on the tomato is way too flat, making it look a bit plastic. But given the job I'd probably won't make it half as good, so - good job, again. |

Carnival Glassby elizadebComment: It could be me photographing stray dogs for two days non-stop, but I see two dog faces in 1/3 of the right edge. Funny... |
