I love the dark sky and the very white boat, nice angle as well. I wish you had lightened some of the highlights on the water though to really bring it to life. Also there are some lighter area's in the clouds that if, in my opinion, were also highlighted somewhat it would have had more impact.

Nice lighting on the hands and I like the angle you have taken this at, I think a small white frame might have helped to bring out the black of the monument a little more but thats just one opinion.

Very nice crop and sparkle in the young boys eyes. I think if you had lightened some of the highlights on his face hair and t shirt a little more it would have had more impact and really come to life. The lighting is just a little flat on his face as it is. I do like the black background though.

Nice simple picture, nice lighting on the leaf. I wish there was a bit more contrast between the leaf and branches to make it stand out from the background more. Perhaps more contrast would have given this more impact. If someone is looking through these shots rather quickly they might not stop long enough to really look at the shot and see the nice detail on the leaf.

Nice candid shot of the little girl and her father, love her joyful expression. Would have liked to have seen more highlights on his face to bring him out a little more, the highlights on her cheeks are very nice. It looks like you have added a sepia filter to this, I think it would have been better to do that before you added the frame as it just makes it look a tad yellow and not quite right. I do like the crop on this though.

Nice composition and the pure blacks make it standout, however wish there was more detail on the pants and the young mans face, more highlights may have made him stand out more and perhaps give this more impact. Without the highlights shadows and definition it is just a little flat in my opinion.

I like the black background against the white face, its seems as though it may be a bit oversharpened but I am not sure. I like the composition here. Hope you aren't losing points because its not in black and white and imagine you have recieved a few DMC's, I wish you had desaturated it to see how it would have worked, I am sure it would have with all the contrast here.
