Reflecting on Autumnby deepfrog17Comment: fabulous photo! I love that if you squint your eyes you can lose the subject but yet the subject is so obvious. This photo is a real accomplishment. Congrats on a recognizing a very sophisticated composition and getting a great capture. .............Boy that comment sounds more pretentious than anything I have ever written here but I really like this shot so I'll bear my own pretention. |

Footballby John PahlComment: I notice that you shot this at 5.6. With sports shots, particularly those featuring a single athlete, always shoot wide open (at 1.7. in this case) This will help to separate the subject from the background. Also, get closer if you can. |
