Opening up to lifeby zara-opalComment: By Oden, now I'm comparing passion flowers...well that one was this and this one is that. I like that the trio have this inquisitive look, like saying "What's over there?" |

Childrenby bruskiComment: I don't like this "my kid's cuter than yours" thing, but this one has a certain endearing quality to her expression that makes it better than most. |

unfolding beautyby slonkoComment: This is a good flower, in fact a great flower. Your overall tonal control is very good, which out balances the few blown highlights |

Waitingby parrotheadComment: I did a shot back in college with those exact same hands. Well, maybe not the exact hands, the ones I shot belonged to a farmer standing at a cattle auction, but close. Nice work. |

Distorted Body Imageby tpocComment: I was one of 65 5's you recieved. Due to the staggering partication in this challenge, I didn't have time to get back to my 5's, I start from the ends and rejudge toward the middle. Your concept was near brillant and well done. I think the fact that you skewed the scale reading to focus on that segment of the population which tends toward dysmorphic body concepts makes it more effective. The little touches do help. I wish I had scored it better now. Highlighting the scale face would have meant dis-assembly and installing lights under the scale frame. |
