For me this just misses. The backlighting seems annoying. Might be better if higher in the sky (like behind the head). The roof (?) in the upper left is distracting.

Submit a bigger image -- small images tend not to score well. Try enhancing the saturation to get more color in the picture.

Wires go to a power pole that is difficult to see, however the wires are trying to draw attention to it. If you could get in closer to the poles -- the lower left 25% of frame would be a better picture.

Vote 10? But there are only two buttocks. I think a compromise is in order. If you are going for the arrousal vote, it would have been a good ideal to lose the wedding band.

These don't really look like country flags but colored banners. Picture is fuzzy (poor focus or motion blur) and yellow is certainly overexposed.
