Pre-Xerophobiaby newsjunkie93Comment: Cute, joyful child doesn't convey any fear. "Try to make the viewer feel the emotion of the fear." isn't done by this or could by by any picture showing wetness. The title doesn't make anything better -- perhaps you could showing him unhappy being dried off with a towel near the sprinkler/fountain? But still wouldn't be a fear. |

Photoaugliaphobiaby carotop111Comment: Pretty anemic glaring light. I'd have expected a brightly lit scene, perhaps with lots of blown highlights, to show the fear. |

Brigitteby carlosrComment: So is this fear of Brigitte, perhaps Caligynephobia (fear of beautiful women) or Gynophobia (fear of women)? Or maybe Pnigophobia (fear of choking). I really don't know what the phobia is and can't say that it "Try to make the viewer feel the emotion of the fear." |

Light Phobicby quiet_observationComment: Photophobia, to be precise. But film cannot think and thus cannot fear the light. And nothing in this picture makes me fear light. |

Mannequinby sacredspiritComment: Fear of mannequins? This picture isn't scary. Now if it were poised to attack, that would be different. |

Autodysosmophobiaby jpdeloofComment: You picked a tough one since there is no way to provide a "scratch and sniff" card with your entry. The blue "odor" isn't necessary (since phobias are irrational fears it isn't necessary to have any odor at all) and is distracting. Just surrounding him with the colognes and having him sniff his underarm would have sufficed. |

Equinophobia/Hippophobiaby rioloboComment: Good angle. Were you trampled after the shot was taken? Looks like motion blur of horse on right, which is effective here. Horse on left is too shadowed and mane blocks the face, which is unfortunate. |
