This is a great shot if the subject was motion blur, or speed or something similar. Would have liked to have seen a little less focus on the horse and also a less central composition.

Looks just like a painting. Definitely blurry, although perhaps not ultimately messy - the subject would be evident even without your title. You've gone a very similar route to my own entry in this challenge, using colour strongly which I think was vital to achieving an interesting enough composition which also met the challenge guidelines.
