Watching Mexico Independence Day Paradeby JEMComment: good exposure, color, and focus. i might have liked to see the girls' feet, but it doesn't distract that much. the foot between the two girls is a little distracting. good photograph. |

In the Shadowsby karmatComment: The hanging traffic signals behind his head distract from the compostition as does the back of the sign in the upper right corner. I don't know what was to the left in the background, but it might have been a better angle and better light on the subject. Overall not bad but could be improved. |

They died in car crashby rocco22Comment: I don't get it. Are these stuffed birds? Does the ice have anything to do with the subject or is it just part of the picture? So the stuffed birds are monuments to the two birds that died in a car crash? Good focus and color. |

Caution Yellowby goodtempoComment: Thank you all for your comments. Yes I did stand out in the street to get this photo. A train came by every 8 minutes so I had to wait each time I took a photo. I waited on the sidewalk and when the crossing signal sounded I had plenty time to get out to the middle of the street. I had a 6" tripod attached to my camera. The first several photos didn't even have a train in the picture it was going by so fast. Finally got a few with trains in them. Wish the train itself in this photo was either more or less blurry, but I'm really pleased with the results. |
