You've captured some really nice details and textures seen in the withered rose. The ice crystals coating the rose does give me the feel of chill and cold in the air. But being honest, the ice and the white backdrop speaks more strongly of winter then of autumn. I have a feeling that many in your audience would classify this as an image that speaks more Winter than Fall. It's a good strong composition that I feel would have shown better if the challenge had been Winter.

You have some beautiful budding flowers and the potential for great greens and reds but the lighting is preventing this composition from shining. The lighting is rather dark making the colors and composition feel dark and moody. Stereotypically Spring is about renewal with bright and cheery colors. I think if you had the opportunity to wait for some sunlight to shine upon these flowers it would help the composition. If that was not an option then some levels & curves and mayhap perhaps a copy of the original layer in another layer set at Screen blend mode with low opacity would help brighten up the scene.

Great bokeh backdrop for these small delicate flowers to pop off of visually. This is a lovely shot but I think a closer crop would boost the visual appeal even more. Cropping to a square by shaving off 1/4 off the left would bring your audience closer to the delicate flowers to look at all the fine details & texture in it's petals.

The hills look lovely when the poppies blossom and blanket them during the spring. I think the one suggestion I have that would help improve this shot is to tone down the glamor or guassian blur layer for it adds too much softness & glow that it takes away from the natural beauty.

Isn't it irksome that the cars have to park there on the street and ruin a clean leading line through those beautiful autumn tree canopy?:-P The colors and canopy of the trees are beautiful - I wonder if there was a time of day where nature doesn't have to share the road with the cars?:-)

Love the bokeh backdrop of soft colors of purple and greens. It really provides a nice spring stage to showcase the ladybug resting on the blossoming flower bud. Great details on the ladybug; legs are in sharp focus.

Fall Colours in the Rainforest

The lighting really shows off the great lattice like veins in those two leaves. You also captured some great bokeh in the backdrop for these two leaves to pop visually off of. My one big suggestion/critique is that take care when composing the shot - if you have to move a twig or small branch out of the way so that it does not distract from your main subject then it is best to do so. Shame that the twig cuts across the frame and across the red leaf drawing some of the eye's attention away from those main subjects.

Lighting shows off the dry autumn leaf in nice, crisp detail. The white backdrop gives the composition a rather stark and sterile environment though. The stark white does not complement the gold/brown hues with projecting/capturing the mood of autumn but it does show off the leaf with textbook detail. Well exposed and has great details I just think that it needs something more (different color backdrop with warm hues perhaps) to add to the composition.

Fabulous capture of light as it bathes the slope of the mountain and the trees & valley below. I have two critiques/suggestions that could improve the photo. First, there seems to be a bit of noise in the photo (looking at the shadow regions of the mountain the yellows and greens have some faint red noise) - a good denoise program can clean it up and give it a crisp, clean look. Second suggestion is shooting with a smaller aperture will increase the depth of field so that both your foreground and background will have nice sharp details. Would be nice if those trees had some nice sharp details to them.

Love the point of view and the leading line that acts as a path through the rows of tulips:-) Nice bold reds, yellows and greens that really pop visually. Spring is here as we waltz through the tulips:-)
