Fort Amherst Lighthouseby KarenNfldComment: Congrats on your 4th place finish! Love the bold reds of the lighthouse and the Canadian Flag. The red and white color scheme plays out very well thoughout the composition - from the lighthouse to the flag and then to the crip, cold white of the glacier in the ocean. Nicely seen and captured. |

The Dancing Star by KarenNfldComment: Love the bold and cheerful reds in this photo! That little star looks like he/she popped out of the glass bowl in a 'ta-da' moment and started to dance on the stage for our enjoyment. This is a great cheerful and happy still life. |

Forgotten Childhoodby KarenNfldComment: The B&W tones are fabulous! The overall tone is dark and moody. Childhood indeed is lost and forgotten among the dark tangle of the the trees and the mist that threatens to enshroud the whole. |

Waiting for Ice Creamby KarenNfldComment: Love the bright and happy colors of the stacked bowls. The circle sprinkles on the table are the perfect compliment to the polka dots on the bowls! |

When I Look to the Westby JutildaComment: Again, it is that wonderful light you have captured illuminating your subject. The moody lighting plays well into the feel of searching and seeking what lies beyond the broken window. |

Summer Windby JutildaComment: A beautiful carefree moment! It captures all the innocence and freedom of youth, waltzing through a wide & open field with a lovely breeze to cool the warm summer day. |

Verticalby JutildaComment: Good eye to spot the interesting juxtaposition of lines in this photo. The stripes/lines of the zebra is what makes it exotic and wild, while the lines of the posts of the wood fence is what makes the zebra caged and captive. |

Age of Enlightenmentby JutildaComment: The soft lighting that illuminates her face is exquisite! Beautiful portrait that shows a wistful lost in thought side of this young lady. It is that soft light that complements the blossoming of youth from innocence to enlightenment. |

Mr. Conductorby JutildaComment: Now this is a great candid - a portrait of a man in his professional environment. Here in this shot, his friendly face shows that he loves what he does. |
