Harley fanby GinaRothfelsComment: A great high contrast black and white portrait. Very effective use of both shadow and negative space. |

4th of July 10:15pmby TallblokeComment: Nice and pleasing colors. The interesting sand or rock (or whatever they are!) formations in the foreground give interest to what would otherwise be a much more boring sunset shot. Good composition. |

Extraterrestrialby anviComment: One of the few abstracts that works well for me. It could be that I'm a sucker for high contrast black and white shots, but I like this quite a bit. Probably a ribbon winner in an architecture challenge.
Great job. |

what do you wantby speaseComment: I've learned from this challenge that gorrilla/ape shots are almost always great because they give such human-like expressions and poses, that the personification is so easy to see, making for a pleasing (and usually humorous) image 9 times out of 10. Yours is no exception. Great capture. :) |

Seeking the Shadeby joezlComment: There's something about the enormity of scale of the person, in comparison to the wall. It's a simple statement, but it's very powerful. Great capture. |

Low Tide Long Shadows & Sunsetby BrianRComment: Great colors and plenty of Pop. In an average challenge that might have been enough. I predict that you'll do pretty well, but this is a tough field. Good job. |

Lioness on the moveby hubbardr1Comment: I wish this had been a stop-action (perhaps with the feet blurred) rather than using post processing to add < > blur (at least that's what I assume happened here. |

The Swimby Prime_TimeComment: I have no idea what this is. It suffers the same fate most abstracts do here... :( |
