Dreamerby KronusComment: Oh to walk, even in a dream, among flowers of this shade and tone, to be one with them, even just in my own mind. Wonderful choices here for subject, shooting, and processing. I'm glad you saw it and showed it to us. |

Rotunda Sunriseby BrianRComment: "The sun'll come up, to-morrow" goes the song. But sometimes I wonder if it's true, and in the dead of night, I awake, wondering if this is the first day that it won't. I go to the shore and I wait. And it is not until that first light, before the sun is up, when the sun's color washes the earth more gently, more subtly than at any other time, that I can rest again, knowing, the sun will come up. No question this meets the challenge to my mind, and it captures a time most of us don't make the effort to see (even if we're awake when it happens). Lovely. |

Summer Sweet Cornby WriteHeartComment: Golden niblets that are really golden; I love that you avoided any temptation to go with a shallow depth of field here; the sharpness throughout adds wonderfully to the glowing, tasty feeling. |

proverbialby krnodilComment: I think we should create blue light districts throughout the world just to provide a place for people to use this bulb. Wonderful, subtle shades of blue with lighting to die for and a perfectly chosen depth of field. Delightful. |

R2-D2by PhotologistComment: Delightfully fun image, made me smile, nicely captured and presented; making it a bit larger in the frame for this challenge was probably what the viewers were looking for (as a guess, I don't usually "get" the voters here). |

... keeps the doctor awayby kashiComment: So delightfully red. Sometimes I forget how wonderful red is. Thanks for reminding me. I like this image and its strong push to force the viewer to look at the stem (it is what kept the apple alive while it was on the tree), though, of course, viewers have their own ideas and would rather look at the soft bits. |

Chocolate G E R B E R A S by sherpetComment: Wonderful complementary shades here; well conceived and executed, especially at the picture taking stage (I never would have thought of cutting flowers!). Well done. |

Pinkby NikonJebComment: You've gotten the technical critiques you need, so I'll just say I want to float across the landscape you've shown us, gently and slowly on a soft summer breeze. |
