Always Drink Responsiblyby birdyblueComment: This is potentially a great shot and its just a couple of small (but important) things that lety it down. The composition would improe by re-framing/cropping with the lei almost on the right hand edge which would give it a 'thirds' feel. The second thing I'm sure bugged you as well, the bottle being tilted. |

Only in Kentuckyby woodseyComment: This could be a reasnably attractive setup if you went away from direct light and tried to paint some drama into it. Like this, the light flattens everything, there's no feeling of depth and therfore substance. |

Coffee breakby dzone1Comment: Apply the rule of tirds here by moving him onto the left vertical line and see what a difference it makes, it would scire well |

Just a spoon full of sugar.. :)by lentilComment: Well lit and the background looks really balanced for the photo. The photo itself maybe lacks a punch factor, nothing specific, it just doesn't grab |

Refreshing Fizzby mocabelaComment: This is a fine image. There's a lot of unneccessary B&W in challenges these days, this is not one of them. Your composition and light is perfect 9 |

A Scotch ... On The Rocksby Mochrie99Comment: Cute idea, good title, the image maybe lets it down a little. This would probably be better done in your "studio" where you could control the light and the drama |

Wow, I need some tea.by soheilComment: That's a lovely lovely image. I'm bugged a little by whatever is casting that horizontal shadow on the backdrop, but everything else is almost perfect. The composition is wonderful, we get the intended sense of antiquity, quality and fine breeding 9 (that shadow cost it a 10) |

Aromaby bertiebassetComment: when you do deliberately out of focus shots like this, you need to give your point of focus a reason for being there. The composition how you have it doesn't convey a story and so it is hard to get emotional about it. It does need rotating too so the the verticals are vertical |

drinkby suemackComment: Very good backlighting whilst still getting the face with a soft light. The glass is a little naff. |
