Italianby HBunchComment: Food shots are verrrry difficult. Wonderful work with this one. |

a blend of coloursby focus57Comment: Was hoping someone would experiment with tin foil and reflection of light, but wasn't anticipating adding water to the mix. Good job with the composition and installation. I do think because of your reliance on detail in this instance, t could use some sharper focus in places (you can see the focus start to blur in the upper-left-hand-corner) |

Carrot Blendby PhotoTessComment: Think there's a few things that need working on here...one, is composition. The objects seem to have no purposeful placement and there's little proportion to the photography. Also, the combination of carrots and kitchen utensils seem cluttered. Second, is lighting. You probably need two sources of lighting, or one major source of light to really bring anything out like this. |

Retiredby GolferDDSComment: Just priceless. It's surprisingly difficult to get the proper exposure with a covered lamp, but you've done it here. |

the blockby coolharComment: Urban shots are difficult because of obstructions. I think the vehicle in the bottom left hand corner draws your eye more than anything here. |

9 to 5by ElaineComment: Love the composition and color...I question if maybe you did a bit too much editing...I'm noticing some major noise and unnatural color variation around the tie, looks like some magic wand use was done here. |

Las Vegas Industryby BAMartinComment: Props for the laugh. Technically, it's a bit underexposed and judging from the billboard in comparison to the border, seems just a bit tilted. |

The Decorkerby TommyMoe21Comment: I'm sure this was unintentional (or not!), but the way you presented this horizontally adds a phallic nature which I think blends into the theme. Compositionally and technically, a great B&W photo, with what appears to have just enough tone. |
