Seems a little underexposed, white background must have thrown off the metering .. and needs to be little more sharper.

Execution : 1/2 [Crop is too tight. Shot is not sharp enough..you can see the motion blur on her lips and hands. It was a great idea to convert it to B&W but its lacking contrast that can really make a difference!]
