I you look closely you actually can see that the road is a bit darker between the red lights. This is the car!

In my opinion you did not deserve the brown ribbon.
All sort of comments that you are receiving about wrong colours.
For me I have also received such a comments probably because I am colourblind and I always have to get help with the colours if I make changes in them.
Better luck next time.

It's good. Looking at the next challenge, maybe it would have been better to have a bit orange or yellow on the left (your right) side!
This colour is a bit "dull".
Just heard about something that is called complementary colours :-)
You have got a good focus and the lighting is good too.
