Wow what a bright image! I think this is a prefect fit for the challenge and nice to see something different from the bunch. Excellent idea using oranges, other fruit would not have been nearly as bright or colorful. I think the composition of this shot is the best part. The only thing I would have played with a little is the placement of the oranges, not quite so centered for the two, maybe off more the the left or right. I am really glad you left the seeds in they add another element to the photo. The glow from the bottom orange is a nice complement to the the seeds and outside of the orange that are darker in the shot. |

This is a ideal image for either the transparency contest or reflection. What an amazing place to see able to take this shot, I would have never guessed that this was a museum. I love the placement of where you took the shot from as well as the composition. The image seems so peaceful, possibly from all the blue. I also really like that you can sees a little sail boat out on the water as well as people outside the building. The only I would comment on is those small reflections in the windows in just a few small place. Overall I think you did a great job, people may have just voted it higher in the reflection category. |

What an eye catcher! I love the color. I also think like the other commentator that the guy in the image is happy, maybe its the warm yellow color but you just feel like he is having a good day. I really do also love the detail on the reflection, the rock and leaves are so great to see. The glow from what I think would be the clouds is so cool to see in the reflection as well. I really don't see anything I would recommend changing or altering. Excellent job! |

Windshieldby OlyuziComment: *Critique Club*
This is a great shot, I love the warm colors and shine. The only thing is I like a few others are not sure of what it is. I think I understand that we are looking through an amazing windshield that show no reflection and possibly looking at a boat. The little shine or stars are so prefect they look like they were placed on the image afterward. Personally I think you scored lower on the image because people did not know what they were looking at, I know that is what I thought. Its a bummer there is that one dark spot on the white space between the wiper and metal piece. Great angle and taking a different point of view from the basic run of the mill image. Good job on making us all think and question what we are looking at. |

Awesome job, this is a very well deserved finish. This was an extremely tough category in my opinion. It was really nice to see something different in this category as well. I love the warm feel in such a scenic farm town area. I don't see much of anything I would change. The only thing, very small is possibly is adjust the contrast to make the sky a little bluer or add a polarizing filter. You did an excellent job, congradulations! |

I can almost see it!by zapgrafxComment: *Critique Club*
What an interesting idea, great concept under the transparency category. I like that you were brave and put yourself out there, I think that is awesome. The subject is great, I love the combining of two subject like a woman and science. The first thing that hits me from the image is your shirt. The texture draws away from the subject just a little bit, I would have preferred a basic t-shirt either white or black. Also there seems to be a little bit of a line above your head on the left side, some one commented on possible window sill in the shot. I really love the warming feeling in the background color, it almost looks like a perfect backdrop. I think you did a great job I would have scored you higher then what you received. Good job. |

Cutting The Cakeby MakkaComment: Amazing faces, great job on the capture. The pose is prefect in encompassing everything I would think the wedding couple would want. Great job on all of these. |

Just Married!by MakkaComment: Awesome black and white. I normally love color especially with her dress, but you did a prefect job on picking a great black and white. |

A New Familyby MakkaComment: Very natural feel and look for a wedding photo. I might crop it a little just because of the odd shadow on the bottom left corner. These are really some of the better wedding photos I have seen. |

Father & The Brideby MakkaComment: I like the capture of father and daughter, I personally would like to have seen a little less on top and a little longer on the bottom. Of course I am a girl and we love dressed, maybe that why I would crop the top a little. Good job. |
