Reflectionsby yourdealerComment: The reflections are very demanding in the shot. I love the blue and white check as your choice, red might have been too strong. |

Burgundy for Twoby alfrescoComment: *Critique Club*
This is a very elegant looking image. Burgundy for Two is a prefect fit within the even category. Pretty decent placement in the top 30. I love the coloring and warm glow from the backdrop drawing the viewers into the subjects. I would be curious to see the shot with a tighter crop. Of course I guess it might harm the background more if you cropped it too tight. The glasses seem to be an excellent choice especially since there are no spots, like you sometimes see on other shots. I really like what you did and I think the voters agree. Good job! |

Pair of Predatorsby docurrieComment: *Critique Club*
I have to say I love animal shots and this was a great one. Congrats on the top 20. Pair of Predators was prefect for the even category in my opinion. We obviously have an even number of subjects, they fill the field excellently. The colors are nice and warm, making the animals look so peaceful. I like how you cropped the image nothing too tight or too open. The only thing I would have not done is the border, but that's just me and it didn't take away from the score I gave you (10). |

Differentby lorimc1999Comment: *Critique Club*
I think you were defiantly thinking outside the normal box with your "Different" entry into the Odd Challenge. I like the approach you chose, they were actually a few different egg ideas out there and your did not look like any of the rest. Also great choice on green apple to draw attention in. I think the photo itself could have used a couple of different things to get voted higher. Possibly the focus seems a little soft, I know how hard focusing can be depending on the environment and subject. The focus also could have been affected by the flash. I might have tried a couple of different angles and perspectives for that different look. Also I might have tried that different angle showing less of your back drop or change the color of your backdrop. The box almost blends into the background. I might even play with adjusting the contrast to give the box more depth. Overall I think you had an excellent idea keep up the good work. |
