Close To Homeby hockaleesComment: This picture seems to be on a hill? However, I love the mom kangaroo and her little Joey and this is really a rare animal to be captured at zoos. Great color but perhpas te lighting could have been more just. |

Snow Leopardby RissaComment: Wow, what a great demeanor for this cat to be carrying. Good focus and use of background and good perspective (being eye to eye). |

You Said We'd Be Working for Peanuts !!by RN PattiComment: This is a great photo and really sends an "ick" to its onlookers. The roach could be in better focus with a background of all popcorn with better lighting. I think the concept is great and perhaps I will be doing one similar. |

Waiting for Dinnerby docurrieComment: It seems to have a dreamy effect, out of focus or added? I love the colors and his gaze of laziness. Good picture. |

Are you looking at me?by barbaraanneComment: How did you get so close to this guy!? I love the perspective, it shows a lot of character and emotion and his face truely is telling the story. I love the colors of the grass contrasting with his black and whites and the human-like pose he has. Great timing and eye for a good picture. |

Fly in the eyeby geewhyComment: Ick, he is struggling! I love the focus on the gorilla with the use of a blur background and his texture is amazing. This photo shows just how human-like animals all are and that we all suffer from the "fly in the eye" sometimes. Great capture. |

Meditationby vasilkovayaComment: This is my favorite photo simply because it tells a concept and story, it doesnt' just show a picture. The human like quality of the Lemer is amazing and his little fingers are meditating! I've learned timing is the key to mastering great photography because it is luck and eye and cannot be taught. This picture does just that - shows great timing. |

Far From Home by scalvertComment: Wow, the fact that one is at a zoo means there is initially a ton against you that you cannot change. I seem to think everything from the background to the focus is just as one would do it in their own studio. You have great eye for detail and emotion and the cub tells it all. Great capture with good balance and color. You have my vote. |
