nice simple entry, I think I'd make it even more simple and get rid of the stems and flowers at the top and bottom, so only the word and the rose.

compositional this is great, my eyes go from left to right. I do think the photo is a bit too dark, somehow I think it wou;d be better if the rising girl got the same lighting as the girl laying down. (I know these are the same girls ;-))

doesn't really say death to me, but dnmc is not a rason to vote down when the photo is good ;)

the colors are very special in your entry. looks like a white-balance flaw, but it's good. I hope it was intentional ;)
