overexposed (loss of detail in floor and dog), unsharp (bot dog movement, but also surroundings), poor composition (a shot closer to the dog from the left of your current standpoint would have been better, right part of current image does not add anything, just distracts). Think about what you want to show : it is the fun the dog has, right ? So get closer, show the dog. And why is the dog still on the leash ?

should not have cut of the top flower, and the yellow on the left is unnecessary. Needs more carefull composition. Colors are great. A reflector might have highlighted the texture of the green more.
