With such "good" depth of field, your bubbles are lost in the background. Perhaps shooting this against a background with less detail would work better.

Your image is pretty dark (sometimes letting your camera set exposure for you is a bad thing) and the image is tilted. If you would have corrected these two problems you'd have a pretty good shot.

So many good shots have been ruined by power lines. With the liberal post production rules (Expert Editing) it would have been well worth the time to clone them out. Otherwise, nice shot.

Polarizers are great (and, in this case, really make the clouds stand out) but keep in mind what they do to exposure. IMHO, this image is just a tad dark.

Monochrome, particularly off sepia, really doesn't suit this image. You should be careful about using monochrome when it doesn't add something to the image.

I'm glad you shot this from below (probably didn't have much of a choice huh?). It really makes the outcroping look huge. Nicely done.

This is a really interesting shot...right up to the rock in the foreground - it's distracting and doesn't add to the image. I've love to see this shot again but zoomed in closer. The clouds are awesome.
