This is a good concept...I really like the texture the waves bring. However, the boats, IMHO, take up too little space in the frame. They tend to get lost on waves.

You have a nice shot here. IMHO, the sky is a bit too prominent (there isn't much interest at the very top) so cropping down a little would make this a better shot. Also, shooting this with a polarizer might have made the colors more vivid and the sky bluer (depending on the position of the sun at the time you shot this)

All this said, this really is a good shot.
