Autumby HalimComment: -1 for spelling! Sorry, the teacher in me came out! :-)
Cool photo. Everything looks pretty good until you get to your sky and it is too bright with too much digital noise in your midtones (see purple and reddish cast?) I also think the rock formation sloping off the right in the foreground is a bit distracting from the colors of the green slimy stuff and the beautiful Autumn colors on the trees. If you could have just gotten the river/pond/swamp? and trees and worked out the white balance and digital noise in your sky, this would have (IMHO) been a great shot. |

What a Viewby Peshaw-99Comment: Yeah, what are we viewing? Your horizon is slanted and I can't tell if those are more hills or water. And your sky has the midtones way too saturated (see greenish cast and red and purple noise?) |

Seatng for Sixby dpjerryComment: Wow! Very bright and hot fall colors here against such a blue sky. I think you need to back off the saturation a bit....your orange is bleeding into your midtones in the sky in a halo effect all around the two tress, especially more evident on the left and right corners where the skies and clouds meet the background. |

Bring the Picnic Basketby glad2badadComment: Very soft focus and the clouds have midtones (reddish/purplish noise) coming through. I think your composition is all wrong because the only thing is sharp focus is the bush on the right. The border adds nothing but another distraction to the photo.
Such a lovely site but technically, this could have been a lot better. |

Towerby faidoiComment: At first glance, this is so lovely....very Amsel Adams-ish. My eye is drawn to the structure thing on the hill in the b/g, then I notice the cars and buildings. I wish those things weren't there and this would truely emulate Adams. |

The night skyby coley3Comment: There really isn't much sky in this photo.....more like the night reflections of those buildings. I like the three stars. IMHO, if you would have cropped the entire right 1/3rd out or left 1/3rd, making the 3 stars your focal point and not centered, this would have been more effective. Where is this, BTW? |

Reflectionsby aerogurlComment: Pretty colors and nice refections. Focus is a bit soft and composition too centered. |

Quiet Timesby NoellaSueComment: Beautiful colors. Your DOF is off making the b/g too soft. The only thing in focus is the tree on the left and it really doesn't add anything to this shot. In my opinion, for what it is worth, this beautiful scenery would have been best captured if you moved to the left and concentrated on the lake and the trees across from it because they are making lovely reflections on the water and this foreground you have now is just not that appealing. |
