While the lighting is good, I am not really sure where the circle is to meet the challenge requirements.

As this is a stationary object, I would suggest a different point of view so you dont end up with a pole running through your main focal point. I would also suggest some cropping so the distracting element (roof?) on the right is removed. Also, try to avoid centering your main subject in the center of your image - offset subjects can help create more visually appealing images.

Focus could be better, as well as the point of view so you did not have that dark sliver along the top left. A photo where the candels are lit would also have more of an impact.

Two Moons

Very nice image. I would only suggest cropping a bit off the right side, so one of the 'moons' is not so 'bulls-eyed' in the shot. It would help create some tension to the image, making it more visually impacting.

As this is a staged set-up for the shot, a nicer background would of helped. Perhaps a nice solid color so it is not so distracting. Otherwise, good composition and lighting.

Sight-seeing Balloon

A few steps to the right, or getting closer to the ground, would of possably solved the problem of the street light intersecting with the baloon. Also, cropping the distracting element off the left side would of helped as well.

very nice idea, but I find the yellow backdrop is too overpowering for the dark red of the dreamcatcher. Plus, the focus seems to be a bit off on the center of the image.

great idea for your image. I would suggest a different point of view - one that has a less cluttered background if possible. Perhaps if you were closer to the deck looking up at the wheel.
