There's something wrong about the reflections going off at an angle like that. Also, be very careful with colour casts on night images. Artificial lights are really tricky to get right. Tungsten or flouro white balance can help, although I often go with auto, and then fix the colour balance in photoshop. The colouring here is a little on the bluish side.

Not quite sharp - possibly a slow shutter speed? I find shots like this in the shade should be ISO 400 or higher just to get a decent shutter speed with a longer lens.

Looks like a great image, but I don't like the processing. You've taken it a little too far with the contrast. This also looks like it might be a good image with the colour left in. Unless I'm missing some significant hidden meaning, the title should be "Sheep", not "Sheeps". :)
