It would improve the shot if the stone was bigger in the frame. This would show more detail, and also allow the lines of the chain to complement the design of the stone, rather than distract from it.

The orange cast in night photos is often difficult to fix, especially as some industrial lights are super-orange. Even setting the camera to tungsten white balance won't always fix it enough. I like the idea of this shot, but the colours don't work for me at all. You can adjust the colours to some extent in Photoshop, and shooting RAW will give more leeway to adjust this.

Very cool portrait. The light line across the top is a minor technical flaw, probably from sharpening after adding the border. But that's very minor. Great job.

You might get mixed reactions about that lens flare. I think it is probably a better photo without it. Other than that, a nice scene, possibly a little dark in the foreground and subject.

Nice crisp BW show, but it lacks a focus in the image. The line of trees leads the eye to the right, away from the shelter. Cropping off the right, and leaving in more snow at the bottom may help to balance the image better.
