"A Friendship begins"by MotekComment: Hee haw, I love these shots. Nice use of HDR. The position of the hand is unfortunately blocking the horse. |

In the Pastures of Heavenby EBJonesComment: Maybe it's just me, but I don't see a cowboy here. I see a fairy princess in a flowing silk gown, holding out a sugar cube, and the horse lifts it's head and there's a silver horn on it. :) But the sentiment is good, and you've achieved your effect well. Beautifully dreamy. |

Desert Cowboyby qvfd153Comment: A bit too dark, I feel. It might be worth checking your monitor calibration, just to check if everyone else is seeing what you are seeing. |

His Hatby LadyKComment: A little USM would help this one. The skyline is a little distracting for me, and might be better taken from a higher viewpoint? |

Movin' Onby rjksteschComment: Very dark for me. Some more light might help stop this dark hat from blending into the background. |

Li'l Buckarooby lauraodomComment: Nice portrait, but it's a brave move to put the cute photos in front of the DPC voters. :) A little dodging and USM would help this image pop. |

The Day is Doneby sailracer_98Comment: My apologies if this is an SP, but this looks like a mad crazy cowboy who's gonna start accusing me of something to pick a fight. "Hey you, you seen my horse? You stole my horse didn't you? C'mon man, give it back. Now! Hey, are you DEAF. I said give it BACK! Don't you walk away from me, DAMMIT." Something about the eyes. He's scary. :) Quite a good shot technically, but wow, he gives me the creeps. |

He Rides The Wild Horsesby smichenerComment: The sepia is a little overpowering here. I would also choose a wider crop to show more of the scene. As it is, the rope is lost outside the image. |
