I like the idea and the editing (cool lens flare). The colours are a little off though. Try experimenting with the colour balance to reduce the orange on the buildings (although it works well for the the sucked up beams)

Really nice shot! I'd love to see this shot re-edited a little more strongly, to really make it pop, and maybe give it a slightly grungy cartoon look. I love the lighting and the close crop, and the texture of the eye and the highlight is magic. This image is really really cool, but falls just short of a 10 for me. I'd love to do an edit of this image, just for my own practice.
