I love the composition and subject matter. The colors are brilliant. The use of leading lines with the water cutting through the ice works really well. It is a bit oversharpened. You can see the artifacts best around the top of the bridge.

Awesome photograph. That single star is very interesting. It would have been nice to see some sort of detail on the tops of the trees though. Right now, they just seem to fall off in to the darkness instead of having a defining edge on them.

I really like the subject and composition of this photo. The shallow DOF really helps him stand out from his background, but the overall lighting is a bit too dull/dark for my taste.

Wow! This is definitely a beautiful photo. One that my wife would love to have in her scrapbook if it was her. Unfortunately, I can't see too many people here on DPC rating it extremely high because, although the photo quality is superb, the subject does not capture the audience as you would probably like it too. Still though, I give it a 9.
