The setup is too plain, the shadows too harsh, the single green weed (?) on the right is distracting, as is the change in background from the dirt to wood.

I like the composition of this photo. How the wheels lead you in to the photo more. I like the use of DOF, but the photo has an overall "muddy" quality to it.

I guess I would see this picture as one to break the "rules", mainly with the framing. I would have liked to see the right side cropped in a bit and the rest centered I guess.

Nice photo. I like how up close it is for the box of chalk. Although, It almost seems as though there is supposed to be a pattern with two equal colors next to each other, except for the orange, so it throws me off a bit. I would also have tried cleaning up the orange piece on top a bit.

I'm not sure what this is supposed to be, but it seems very off to me. The subject is dead center, which does not sit well. Nothing is very sharp and in focus either.
