Better suited for the rural landscapes challenge I think, though I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that this was taken at least close to an urban area. Quite a beautiful scene though I think if more mountain was in the frame and it was focused more sharply, it would be an excellent shot.

Very nice looking shot, though I don't think this is an urban landscape any more than a tree trunk would be a rural landscape. Also, if the sign stood out more it might add to the image. Not meaning to complain or talk down your photo, it's very aesthetically pleasing.

I think this one would have been better if you followed the rule of thirds. The center presentation detracts from the overall effect of the image. Nice focus though and a cool idea.

Not just interesting, very beautiful. It makes it look surreal without making it look unrealistic. (though the water does almost look like it's from a video game (but in a good way)). I love the sunrise(set?) too--it makes it look almost as if the sun is right there behind the mountains.

I can't critique anything except maybe a bit more sky and a bit less rock might have made things a bit more interesting.

Almost looks like the fortress must have been photoshopped in (being that it's in such contrast to the surroundings, not that the photo looks fake). I'm surprised this didn't make the top 10, it looks custom-made for what the general DPC voter wants in a picture. (If such a generalisation can be made)
