Flower Childby vergComment: Interesting idea, but unforutnately you have no detail showing on your subject. |

Sing for your supperby SteveinnzComment: I like the image overall, and feel it meets the challenge. I would have liked to see the colors brought out more in the trees of the background, and the spot along the right cloned out. |

Life is great!by max90034Comment: This is actually a candid not a portriat. A potrait indicates the subject should be posed - in this challenge the posing would be done in his/her environment. If this man's environment is a golf course, then perhaps you could have had him pose with his clubs, or along side the flag. |

A Simple Faith outtakeby jpochardComment: Nice composition. It truly is simple - a good depiction of the simple life and simple faith. Love the natural colors. I might have added a bit of gradient to the sky to bring out the blues more - but that's just a personal preference. |

relax.jpgby KelliComment: The colors are very natural looking. Adding a little bit of contrast might give it more pop, but I think your saturations are fine. Message edited by author 2006-05-15 01:01:12. |

trihorn.jpgby KelliComment: I would suggest some burning along the deep wrinkles of the rhinos skin both to bring out texture and to help seperate the three. Bumping the saturation and contrast would also give this more pop. As is it looks a bit flat. Message edited by author 2006-05-15 01:00:48. |

dark alleyby Elvis_LComment: The dark stairwell makes an interesting scene. I had to think for a moment whether to not I liked the banding effect. After you look at it a few minutes it really does work okay here. Pretty neat really. Nice angle for the shot. I love the color tone. |

New Haircutsby PixlmakerComment: I'm not sure I care for the one boy's chin being buried in his brothers head. I think having him lean over the big brothers shoulder might be a better pose. The younger boy's right eye seems to pull inwards. If his eye seems to do this a lot, you may want to stand off to his right slighly so that his right eye will be more centered. My sister has an eye that does this and positioning is an easy fix in portraits. |
