I do not see this as meeting the challenge as the challenge stated to take a photo of SOMEONE trying to move an immovable object. Too bad too as this is a very nice image as far as technicals go. It is for this reason alone that I am giving it a 6. Had you included a person perhaps trying to pull the boat ashore by their own power alone I would have had no problem giving it a ten.

Excellent shot! Focus is dead on. Composition and crop is perfect. The boy's expression is also perfect. You made this very convincing, something the others thus far have lacked. I give this a 10 !

Stuck between a rock and a hard place

The idea is good, though the image is not convincing enough. The guy does not seem to be trying too hard to move the rocks, as the legs seem too relaxed to truly be putting forth effort. The rocks are interesting - perhaps bring out a bit more of their textures.

I'm not getting "immovable" from this. Not even sure what it is in the hand as the highlights here a a bit blown out. As for the pp, I feel a brown toned sepia or b/w would be better then the green tones I am seeing here.

A bit too busy. I feel the perspective this was shot at hurts the image as far as demonstrating 'immovable'.
