Nice lighting. For some reason the stump doesn't hold my attention. There seems to be too much going on in the background that my eyes are drawn to.

Malibu Creek Canyon

The colors in this photo look very muted. I don't know if there was fog or if it was overexposed but the mountains look too light. I like the scene that you chose but you could have maybe placed the tree further to one side of the frame so it doesn't seem to be the object of attention. Something about the way it is framed right now it looks too balanced. Nothing holds my eye long.

Beautiful shot. I love hot the stream bend around the corner. Did you try it in black and white? The brown of the stream just seems a little muddy. However, the fall colors are very pretty too.

Beautiful colors. The birds are a little too small here. It would also be nice to have a little more openness in the view of the water. Maybe go forward a little bit so the branches are not in the way at the bottom and right of the frame.

Stunning. You people who live near waterfalls were lucky for this challenge! This looks gorgeous. The only comment I can think to make is that it might have been nice to see some more of the trees at top. It looks as though they are equally beautiful.
