I love the buildings in the background. In fact, I'd like to see even more of them, with either no sky or very little sky. The sky you do have is a bit blown out. This is so cool though that she is flying a kite, which needs lots of sky and the irony is that there is so little of it in the picture.

This is clever. Maybe a darker background would have made the flames show up a bit more. I'm not sure about the out of focus water line and maybe even the water on the left could be cropped out. Just my opinion of course. You did a good job freezing the motion of the water.

Beautiful texture in the water in the lower half. It's interesting, how you have both the waterfall and the water texture, but I feel they could almost be two separate pictures. Especially with the horizontal line of rocks cutting the picture in half. Don't get me wrong though, the picture is still quite awesome. The colors are beautiful.

I actually tried something similar to this, but ending up not submitting. Now I'm glad I didn't. Yours is far superior. Good idea to use two paperclips to get more of the nice lines. Very good.
