Southern Angleby hideoutComment: This is absolutely gorgeous. One of my favorites. I love the red and browns, and the way the landscape disappears into the sky. Awesome job! :) |

Goose Upon the Vineyard Pondby RasaiComment: I'd like to see it right side up. Although this is interesting, the ripples are distracting, and I think it would be better to use the same crop but right side up. Good luck! |

Through my Father's mirrorby patrinusComment: I'm guessing that this is two different people, a younger man and an older man. Hopefully, most people are looking past the fact that you have a frame and it's not really a mirror. To have the younger man more clearly in the photo, to emphasize that it's not a true mirror, may have worked a little better. As it is, I really like it. Good luck. |

40975875-M.jpgby stare_at_the_sunComment: My favorite of them all. The hint of color in the wings is great, and I'm always a fan of warm colors. I like how it's framed by the window sill, and how it's in silouhette, but not. Great job. |

Tree Linesby MakkaComment: I agree with rikki. B&W would add some mood to it. I would try burning and dodging, too, to emphasize the bare limbs. Message edited by author 2005-10-21 22:21:45. |

Darker side of the apple!by MakkaComment: I like how the apple seems to almost be floating. There's just enough light to bring out the details. Maybe a different crop (rule of thirds) to add more interest. But really like the lighting and your use of empty space. |
