Out And About Againby lshlesComment: Great take on the challenge. Most people thought of their kids ... very few would recognize that the elderly seek a return of their independence. I like that the hand shows the age of your subject, while the top of the cane portrays the ability to get out on their own. I hope more people recognize the symbolism in this photo. Great work! :) |

Soloby nico_blueComment: This is my favorite ... I can almost hear the music. The lighting, the motion, the composition, all of it is great. My top pick ... I hope it ribbons! :) |

The Ducky Loverby Joey LawrenceComment: Omigod! That is totally hysterical! I love it! :)
I can hardly even tell the duck is pasted in the photo. You are great Joey! :) |

Ancient Celtic Rootsby amberComment: Amber - I have to agree with the "post challenge" posts. In no way does this photo deserve less than a 4. In no way does it derserve less than a 5! That's just crazy! I took one look at it, and totally understood. For someone to actually write "roots and family don't tie", you'd think they'd get it as they were typing it!
Keep up the good work. I love to just stare at this photo, and think about the symbolism of it. I know I'm no "expert", but I know what I like what I like. :) |

Like Father, Like Sonby deapeeComment: What an awesome capture! I really love it! Not only the tone and feel of the two "boys", but the gradient sky is awesome, along with the boats and water in the background. Great capture! :) |

Old Man at the Millby LadeeMComment: Originally posted by OdysseyF22: This is one of those shots that just speaks volumes about another time. It feels like it you were to step back from the picture, you might mind yourself standing in 1880. Was he sitting there on his own, or did you ask him to? |
He was already there, waiting for us to gather so he could show us from the outside how the mill worked. Once we were gathered, he went back in to run the mill. It was such a great opportunity, I couldn't pass it up. I'll post the one of him looking at me later, cuz the look on his face was like, "What are you doing?" :) |

Rock & Roll Fantasyby sofapComment: This is definitely outside of MY world! Sheesh! There must be a lot of rock stars out there! :)
It looks like you took this from the sidelines. It would have been cool to get a close up of the rocker's face screaming into his mic. :) Maybe another challenge? :) |

My own reflection?by TitiaComment: This one made me look - and I like that. Thanks for letting us into your "fantasy world", and keep up the great work! :) |
