The action is...nice, but the focus is soft, I can't care for the athletes since I can't read their faces,the pipe on the fence has successfully speard through all four athletes, and the crop could be tighter.

Ya know, I am sorry, but this is way too sharp for this challenge.

This image is, however, a great image, even though you have tried to shoehorn it in.

Color is very nice and not distracting, light excellent, dof excellent, comp. excellent, texture excellent, highlight and shadow is again excellent.

Because this image is too sharp, it is not anymore than a midrange contender imo.

Besides the model, the whole thing is sharp. The man was moving during a long exposure.

the motion from this buggy would of been nice by itself, but the reflection from the sun on the glass is too distracting to know what the hell I am looking at.

The color would of been really nice, but again, I don't know.

first of all, I see the result of the sun, the ambiance and the wash of light produced by the sun, but....where is the sun?

I first passed this image by not really caring from my first impression.

going back to it, and looking at it more, it reminds me of some fairy tale like "Hansel and Gretel", or "Little Red Riding Hood"....taking that path into a story we all grew up on as kids.

The color is good, light is good, shadows nice, texture excellent, the tree branch on the left is almost distracting, and the negative space on the left hill is too much.

Not a mid range contender IMO.
