Today like in the old timesby GotchyaComment: Lovely shot. I like the sepia toning and contrast. It would have been nice to see just a little more of the tracks further down the street to give more perspective, but I guess you would't want to get run over :) |

UP&DOWNby Pep VentosaComment: I like the angle on the shot. It gives an indication of the wacky gradients on the streets there. Great sky colour too. |

14th Street - Union Squareby christoComment: I really like the exposure level on the train here. It looks great in black and white. I think there's too much blur and sense of motion on the two women on the left, which distracts me from the rest of the photo. |

Three ghost on a bike.by adriannayusofComment: Nice shot. I like the sense of motion and the crop is good, giving a sense of the bike moving through the picture. The sepia looks good too. |

Abandoned Railcarby morterinComment: It seems as though you're trying to use the web as a symbol of abandonment of the car, but the closeness of the crop makes it difficult for me to get a sense of the vehicle itself. |

Not Movingby DougPazComment: I like the warm tones in this photo. The growth in and around it give it a great 'being reclaimed by nature' feel. |

I Can't Drive 55!by buzzrockComment: I feel it would have looked even better on a dirt road, with the horse in motion. With the horse stopped, it gives me the feeling that nothing is happening. |

"and that's just what they'll do"by salparadiComment: The angled light gives some great shadows here. I find that the blown highlights make it too difficult for me to look at it for any length of time. It'd probably look better in print than on the monitor. |

Coming and Goingby lizardbethComment: I like the crop here. Perhaps using a slower shutter speed and panning on the train on the left would have given more of a sense of motion. As it is, it looks like both trains are stationary. |
