I like the unusual angle on this, as well as the clouds' reflection in the building at left (and, to a lesser degree, seen through or against the other buildings). The lack of vivid color except in the sky also helps draw it together, to my eye.

My favourite out of the 'looking up at skyscrapers' collection. The lamppost gives it that bit extra, as does the sky. A somewhat devalued 10 because I've given so many!

Meets all criteria and I can't see anything technically wrong. I like the deep blue sky and white/gray clouds contrasting with the near black buildings. Overall though, I don't find the image visually appealing -- totally a personal opinion, but what part of this comment wasn't?

Wonderful perspective, very clear and sharp. The cloud is an added bonus which balances out the darkness/brightness perfectly.
