... a man who sailed the seaby anotherdayComment: Hi everybody,
Thanks for the comments.
I recieved some comments saying that I shouldn't have cut the feet off....and I agree. But I had no choice. In the original image, the right foot is in full sun, thus completly blown out, and even with advanced editing I was not able to redo his foot (I am still noy good at that yet). Here's the original.
Cheers,

Little Birkiesby missinseattleComment: woaaaa!!!!! why whould you desaturate the color of the feet??? They just look like the feet of a dead person. Not at all appealing! Otherwise, nice shoes. |

El pumaby RisingSunComment: nice colors.
edit: I have to say that this photo is absolutely great! When I looked at it for the first time, I thought the guy was sitting at the edge of something, getting ready to jump (not like in suicide jump, but more like a publicity jump...saying freedom of movement, power!!!)....and now, though I know it's not true, I still get the same feeling. Amazing! The effect is created by the deep shadow between the the pipes and the edge of the street. It makes them look like beeing on two different levels (pipes lower then the street).Added to my favorites! Message edited by author 2006-03-31 10:31:33. |
